Lexo is NOT:
- Legal advice - We do not analyze your specific situation with legal expertise
- Lawyer help - We do not represent you and cannot act on your behalf
- Legal opinion - Our answers are not binding or can be used as evidence
- Outcome guarantee - We do not promise that you will win your case

2. AI TECHNOLOGY & LIMITATIONS
2.1 How AI Works
Lexo uses Claude (from Anthropic), a large language model (LLM) that:
- Is trained on millions of texts from the internet
- Generates answers based on statistical patterns
- Does NOT have legal education or experience
- CANNOT judge nuances in complex legal questions
2.2 Known Issues with AI
⚠️ AI CAN:
- Hallucinate - Make up laws, court cases, or case numbers that don't exist
- Misinterpret - Misunderstand your question and answer something else
- Be Outdated - Based on old training data (the law may have changed)
- Generalize - Miss important details in your unique situation
- Oversimplify - Give too simple answers to complex legal questions
3. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
3.1 No Confidentiality
Communication with Lexo is NOT protected by:
- Attorney-client privilege
- Professional secrecy
- Legal privilege
3.2 No Representation
Lexo CANNOT:
- Write to the opposing party on your behalf (we can help you draft text, but YOU sign it)
- Represent you in court, at Consumer Arbitration Board (ARN) or with authorities
- Negotiate agreements with third parties on your behalf
- Give legally binding opinions that can be used as evidence
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1 No Liability for Incorrect Information
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
Direct damages:
- Lost lawsuits or disputes
- Fines or penalties from authorities
- Financial losses due to incorrect advice
- Missed deadlines (statute of limitations, complaint periods)
4.2 Maximum Liability
To the extent permitted by Swedish law, our total liability is limited to:
- The amount you paid for Lexo Pro in the last 12 months
- Maximum 5,000 SEK
5. WHEN YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED A LAWYER

- You are suspected of a crime (even for questioning)
- You risk eviction within 30 days
- Custody dispute where social services are involved
- Deportation/rejection of residence permit
Large financial values:

- Divorce with property division over 500,000 SEK

- International contract negotiations
