Lexo uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate responses. This means that:
- Responses are generated automatically without human review (unless otherwise stated)
- AI can make incorrect interpretations or hallucinate ("make up") information
- Responses are based on training data that may be outdated
- Complex legal situations may be misunderstood by AI
You are obligated to verify all information yourself before acting on it.

You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password secret
- All activity on your account
- Immediately notifying us of suspected unauthorized access
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
5.1 Free Version
Lexo offers a limited free version with:
- Limited number of queries per day/month
- Basic functionality
5.2 Lexo Pro (Subscription)
For extended functionality, we offer Lexo Pro with:
- Unlimited queries
- Access to advanced features
- Priority support
Current prices are always displayed at lexo.nu/pricing.
5.3 Payment
- Payment is made via Stripe (secure third-party provider)
- We NEVER store your card details
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel
6. PRIVACY AND DATA
Your use of the Service means we process your personal data. Full information is available in our Privacy Policy.
Key points:
- We store your chats to display them in your history
- Your questions are sent to Anthropic (AI provider) to generate responses
- We NEVER sell your data to third parties
- You have the right to delete your data at any time
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1 Applicable Law
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by Swedish law.
7.2 Dispute Resolution Steps
Step 1 - Negotiation: In case of dispute, we will first try to resolve it amicably. Contact info@lexo.nu and we will respond within 7 business days.
Step 2 - National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN): As a consumer, you can turn to ARN for mediation. Website: www.arn.se
Step 3 - Court: If no solution is reached, you have the right to bring action in a general court.
